AIRO! WHEN YOU DELETE THIS TOPIC, THAN THIS WOULD SHOW YOUR TOTAL IGNORANCE AND ALSO IT WOULD SHOW THAT YOUR EXTREMLY POOR. AND I MEAN POOR IN BRAIN. SO YOU BETTER DONT DELETE IT THATNKS.

I want to complain about the stealing of my Red Nova Dorm Status. Airo did it, without an reason, that is confirmed by the rules. He told me this to it: "[13:32:15 29/09/12] @ DarkAiro : I am doing this for other people laglag to be fair with each other laglag."
So i wanna say to this thing, that this reason is not confirmed by rules. As my main proof that shows that i am right, i just wanna show the rules that are at this academy at the moment:

1- No Spamming:

Please do not spam around the site or the chatbox. Means, do not double post. Do not triple post. And please do not type posts which are empty or they have a small word with no use.

Spamming penalty

If you spam for the first time, a warning shall be sent to you as a PM or any other place. And the posts shall be deleted. And if does it again, he shall be sent another second warning. If the member does not stop, they shall be banned for 3 days.

If there happens to be a fourth warning, there shall be a ban for 6 days. And if the member continues to spam later again, he gets another 6 days and so on.

-2 No Bad language:

Insulting and bad language is forbidden in here. So please do not use it.

Bad language penalty :

If someone uses bad language, a warning shall be sent to them. If that person does not stop using the bad language and goes on, a ban for 3 days shall occur.

-3 Adversting About Another Academy:

Adverting about another academies is to keep posting about other academies in threads or in chatbox.

Adversting About Another Academy's penalty:

If you adverse about another academy, either in chatbox or threads, a warning shall be sent to you. If you continue on advertising, there shall be a one day ban.

4- No leet chat:

Please understand that you are in a forum. It's not exactly nice to keep writing in leet chat or in cut words, such as "u" or "sth." Please type your words as appropriate. We all make spelling and grammar mistakes, and words such as "lol" or "IMO" are completely fine, but nothing else.

Leet Chat Penalty:

There will be 3 warnings if you were seen writing continuously in this manner. If the rule is still broken, there will be a one day ban.

If the person continues on the leet chat a fourth time and more, he shall get 2 days ban.

5- Forbidden Images:

Any images or pictures of violence or porn and those kinds of stuff shall be immediately deleted and the user will be banned immediately. Also they will get an IP ban. This is an academy for dueling and having fun, where such things should not be seen.

6- No Public Arguments with mods or admins:

If you have a problem with an admin or a mod, please tell us in a PM. Do not post topics about it or post in a completely non-related topic.

When you read this rules, than you will see, that there is no possibility to degrade someone from dorm. Also there is written nothing about personal fairness that is created by a strange morality and a logic that is far away from reality. When i was tested, i used a deck that was allowed at this time so you cant take make the test unhappen by saying that this deck is no more allowed now, and that the deck is totaly broken.

So now something to the reason why i am writing this.

1st.: Even when i am a little bit against this rule:

I still have to write this topic, cause i pmed airo often at dn now and he acted ignorant everytime and didnt listened to me. Also i cant get punished for being against this rule, cause there is no penality written behind it.

2nd.: I think that it just not ok how airo acted when i tried to explain it to him, and i think that this acting of him should have consequences.

3rd.: I am writing this mainly cause i want to have that color back.

P.S. TO AIRO: IN THIS TOPIC IS NOTHING THAT IS AGAINST THE RULES SO YOU CANT DELETE IT WITHOUT GIVING ME A PROOF THAT I AM RIGHT WITH THE THINGS THAT I WROTE AT THE TOP. ALSO MY WRITING AT THE TOP DOESNT INCLUDE BAD LANGUAGE.

Laglag For the rules the chat rules u and these arent spell mistakes And I didnt say such a thing about spelling mistakes or grammar mistakes every one do them but u and things shouldnt be in the topics and it is better to not use them in the chat laglag.
